My car came in because it would not start. It turns out I needed a new alternator. When I picked the car up, it would not go into gear and the window would not raise. None of this had happened It turns out I needed a new alternator. When I picked the car up, it would not go into gear and the window would not raise. None of this had happened before I brought the car in however I was never asked if I wanted those issues addressed. They assumed window and gear has always been in operable and when I asked, they said, how are we supposed to know didn’t happen before You brought the car in? The delivery of that Statement very sharp and rude. More
