We were greeted by a very professional and knowledgeable salesperson who did not pressure us into any purchase but listened to what we were looking for and provided options from which to choose. They sold the vehicle I was coming for, which is fine, but I confirmed they had it before I drove there. Felt like a bait and switch. Scheduled an appointment to help ensure I wouldn't spend too much time but I confirmed they had it before I drove there. Felt like a bait and switch. Scheduled an appointment to help ensure I wouldn't spend too much time there and was left waiting in the lobby for over 45 minutes. Only got help when I started to leave. Purchased a vehicle and was given temp tags that were expired which caused me to get pulled over twice. Had to go back to the dealership for a new set. Overall, it was a frustrating experience where I felt that my time and my business were not valued. The staff was kind, but the communication and actual care shown were very poor. More
