The driver side mirror was replaced for safety recall. The new mirror is distorted and not properly installed. It won't stay in position after the door is opened. I wish I had never gone to the dealership More

I called Kelli as soon as I discovered the problem with the mirror. She expressed her concern and assured me that she would order a new replacement, however, now I must return to the dealership (100 miles each way) to get the faulty mirror replaced. There was nothing wrong with the original mirror and it always stayed where I positioned it. I had driven the car over 70,000 miles with no problems, now I have to worry that a random parts installer may not get it right even on the second try.

I spoke with kelli as well as the shop foreman who will handle it personally. The safety recall was performed because some mirrors would come loose from the car. just as a precaution ive ordered two mirrors. Id like to do something for you - take care of your next oil change/rotate or maybe help with any other services you may need. i know its tough being so far from the dealership.
