Needed help on new year's eve I came into this dealer trying to find a part for my 2007 acura and when i asked if a mechanic could look at my car for 2 minutes to see if it was saf I came into this dealer trying to find a part for my 2007 acura and when i asked if a mechanic could look at my car for 2 minutes to see if it was safe to drive home with my 8 year old son and pregnant wife in the car i was told that they couldn't be bothered because the mechanics were clocking out. Thanks southeastern Honda cause the car broke down and my family is stranded on the side of the road! If i could rate this place in negatives i would. Happy New year! More

Terrible Service and Inconvenience First, I have never written one of these before. I came into SOUTHEASTERN HONDA a little over two months ago because my AC was not working. The hot ha First, I have never written one of these before. I came into SOUTHEASTERN HONDA a little over two months ago because my AC was not working. The hot hair was blowing but no cold air. They charged me for a $175 for a diagnostic to see if there was a leak and told me to come back in a couple weeks when the air starts to become hot again. After I left the dealership my air was on and off cold air. I came back two weeks later and they told me that there was no leak and that I would have to come back when my problem happened again. I was extremely confused because my problem NEVER STOPPED. My problem was happening ALL THE TIME. So as I was leaving I turned on my car and once again the hot air blows out. I walk inside to tell Thomas. He calls the mechanic to come check out my car in less then 5 min the mechanic says its my compressor and coil. My car was in there for an oil change and the diagnostic check and in the shop for hours. How did they not figure that out sooner? Anyways, we go in side to get quoted. They wanted $1300 for a compressor and coil. I could not afford that especially after paying almost $200 for a diagnostic test that didn't need to happen because all they had to do was turn on my car and see the compressor didn't click (like the mechanic said). Honda did not apologize for even charging me for the diagnostic test or that my car has been in there 3 times and how they didn't just open the hood and realize there was no "click". A month and a half goes by with me driving without AC trying to find a way to pay for this and I head over to SOUTHERN CAR CARE today (referred to by a friend). The man drops what he is doing and starts checking out my car. He starts sticking a sharp metal pin with a light on top to see if electricity was flowing through certain parts. He then opens the fuse box that is under my hood and sticks the pen in the AC one. He then unplugs the AC fuse and puts one that he had from his shop. My compressor clicks on and my AC immediately turns cold. The part was only 18.50!! Along with his labor 49!! He told me I did not need a new compressor and I have been driving without AC for a tiny tiny problem that took him 5 minutes to find! I paid him and thanked the man. Side note: I asked honda about my headlights because they were hazed over. The man who does them I believe was sick but they wanted an outrages amount of money. I asked the man at SOUTHERN CAR CARE and he buffed them and they were like brand new. Better yet, he didn't charge me a dime! I am from California and I have never had this much trouble with CA Honda dealership. Very disappointed in how incompetent SOUTHEASTERN HONDA was but unfortunately, they are the closest dealership to where I live now. More

Not only did I get a great deal on a brand mew Honda Accord. They offered me the highest price on my trade in. Howard Gorman was the best Financing Manager I ever dealt with. I would recommend the folks at South Eastern Honda any day. More
Easiest Buying Experience Ever I was in the market for an Accord EX Coupe, and all the ones near me were the wrong color or wrong price. I found the perfect vehicle in Southeastern I was in the market for an Accord EX Coupe, and all the ones near me were the wrong color or wrong price. I found the perfect vehicle in Southeastern Honda's inventory and sent a request late at night. Derrick the business manager sent me a phenomenal quote, so I emailed back to clarify some things. Everything checked out, so I made the two hour drive. When I got there, Derrick was ready for me, and assisted me due to the place being super busy. He went over features and took me on a test drive. When we returned Bob had a free moment so I began to work with him. Bob was great, kept me at ease and was able to answer all my questions. The numbers were done in about 15 minutes with a handshake. I completed the paperwork in finance with no hassles, no pressure for up sells, just an explanation and a confirmation I wasn't interested. I was in and out in two hours, and I can't recommend Bob or Derrick enough. I will buy any future Honda from SE Honda. Thank you! More

All involved took the time to walk me through the process of leasing a 2015 Honda CR-V. I knew little of how leasing works when I started, as I had always purchased cars outright. Derrick Pitts took the time and patience to explain both the figures and the options. Nick George, solidified the deal by actually listening to my concerns when I was in uncharted territory, and satisfied my every question. Nick stood by our side every step of the way, found the color we were desiring at another dealer, had the unit delivered and walked us through the various accessories including setting up and pairing of our cell phone with the on board Bluetooth system. The final step at the finance office was equally smooth and enjoyable, This is a great team to work with, and I highly recommend the Southeastern Honda dealership to anyone seeking a change in transportation. Other dealerships and particularly other salespersons could learn a lot from her. I should add that for many of those cars, this one included, I did shop other brands and dealers. Barbara provides: 1)An infallible knowledge of her product. 2)A sincere desire to put me in the vehicle that's right for me, not them! 3)An efficient use of my time. No running back and forth to that mysterious place other salesman disappear to only to return with insulting miniscule compromises. Don't get me wrong, she did bend over backwards with manager John Malloy (honorable mention) and they once again put together a deal that made my 1st choice possible. 4)Never a negative comment. After getting the runaround at another dealership yesterday the last thing they did was tell me what they think is wrong with Honda's. Not a one of my Honda's have ever required more than basic maintenance. Barb can tell me all about why but in all these years I've never heard a negative word about the competition. PS. That other dealers salesperson hung up on me today when he called to tell me he might do better with the manager that was working today. Kudos to Howard in finance, making it work! Sorry to be long winded but I just can say enough about "my" sales lady and her wonderful dealership. More
