Bought a 2025 Honda CR-V hybrid and I realize the truck doesn’t operate with key. Was told that the tailgate on the car is not automatic but manual so every time I would have to get out the car to open the doesn’t operate with key. I went with your dealership as I have been happy in the past. In this case based on conversation I expected the "best" trade in for my 14K mile Civic. Following the transaction I'm pretty sure I could ha past. In this case based on conversation I expected the "best" trade in for my 14K mile Civic. Following the transaction I'm pretty sure I could have gotten the same, at least, or even better from any dealership Honda or otherwise. I do realize the vehicle was in an accident so that set some expection for me but still, tjhe trade in was very low. Overall I was disapointed. I paid cash for the new vehicle and still after 10 days the payoff was not made to my bank cuasing them to call me for payment. I informed them of the trade in and that they could expect payment from SE Honda. I called in and spoke to finance and left the call witht he promise of tracking information on the check which I never recieved. I am hoping this does not impact my credit score. I was no happy about that transaction, especially that I called in and did not recieve the promised information. Additionally the finance person who spoke with me was handled things flipantly and I was not all that surprised that I did not hear back from him. Finally I paid cash for the vehicle and was still in the dealership for more than two hours, which may be normal it just surprised me as there was not financing involved. BTW, based on my past experiences I would still recomend this dealership. The form drove me to click no on the recomendation. I don't remember interfacing with Angel Ortiz More
