Did a thorough job quickly whike I waited, gave me a free oil change because maintenance minder said it was due and because I had paid for two significant maintenance procedures. Mr. Cisco has always taken care of me. True professional in every way! But!!!! I do want to express my concern while I waiting during my state inspection on my car. There was an elderly man waiting in the c in every way! But!!!! I do want to express my concern while I waiting during my state inspection on my car. There was an elderly man waiting in the customer service area. While we both were waiting....one of your car salesperson approached the elderly man and asked, what was his name and what did he drive. With this information the salesperson questioned him if he wanted to trade in his current Acura for a newer one....due to a lack of 'used car inventory ' The elderly gentleman explained that him and his wife were retired...and their current car was paid for and they were living on a fixed income and he was not interested!!!! But this salesperson continued about how the sales team would work up a good deal for the elderly man......(?) At this time....I was called to the service desk! I just find this particular situation totally unprofessional and wanted to bring it to your attention. I too....have now retired and also on a fixed income....but I'm also on my second Acura....and continue to expert service! More
