Some of the service writers are not very friendly or understanding. They dont seem willing to listen or make an effort to resolve the concerns you have. I had an 9 oclock appointment for an oil change and a state inspection. It took 3 hours!! Then when checking out i was told the oil changes for life were being stopped and I would have to pay for them f state inspection. It took 3 hours!! Then when checking out i was told the oil changes for life were being stopped and I would have to pay for them from now on. So much for the southern hospitality programs which guarantees this for life. Since I am the original owner of the vehicle and promised this at purchase I am extremely upset at this. So much for the dealer keeping their word. Just getting greedy I guess. I will start doing them myself. More

The advisors mixed up my car with another persons car. I sat waiting for 3 hours till I went up and asked what’s up with my car. To be told oh it was in for something I didn’t schedule and that what I bro I sat waiting for 3 hours till I went up and asked what’s up with my car.
