Appointment for two easy recalls and a state inspection. Dropped truck off at 0630. Called at 12:30 to get a status update. Come to find out they had not even started working on it. Vehicle wasn’t available until 1630 (4:30). I was there less than 30 minutes, my car was left spotless, all fluids, tire pressure and other specific items checked and my concerns were pleased!
