Horrible communication. Never received any call backs. It took 5 weeks to fix the car and I never received any updates during that time. When I picked up the car there Never received any call backs. My experience was fine minus having to wait 3 months for an appointment. The wait caused damage to the part that needed replacing and it became a problem with the warranty. Service advisors are always new, can’t create relationship with service department. Advisors are rude, not professional in their interactions with customers.
