Went to get oil change . I pulled off and my car was leaking oil smfh . Had my van in for service and my drivers side was scratched while being worked on. Was told I would be called to get it fixed and still haven’t heard anything. The service for my kia was terrible. It took them 2 weeks to get the vehicle back to me and I called countless times to get an update but I couldn't reach anyone who knew what's going on It took them 2 weeks to get the vehicle back to me and I called countless times to get an update but I couldn't reach anyone who knew what's going on with my vehicle. At last when I got my kia back the only thing they accomplished was the state inspection that would only take couple hours at most to get done. They said there was nothing wrong with the other disfunctioning issue, but the issue still exists. I would not recommend this service center to anyone. More

I was disappointed in my last appointment. I asked the service department to perform my complimentary gas fill up for previously filling out a survey.The service department had to take my car I asked the service department to perform my complimentary gas fill up for previously filling out a survey.The service department had to take my car for a test drive for the transmission acting up and they then left my car on below 0 miles of gas because i “didn’t qualify”. I was told by the service department employee (after asking her why my app was showing the gas empty) that I did not quality because I “incorrectly completed the survey”. I was confused and asked how? And she said because I gave an 85/100 score. I was not told I had to give 100/100 score to receive the gas fill up, and I gave the score I gave for a reason. My prior appointment I did a walk in first come first serve oil change and prior to me doing that an associate told me the Saturday opening time was 8:00 am and not 7:30 am, so I arrived promptly a little before 8:00 and was told they were booked. Thankfully I explained myself and the service associate squeezed me in. I gave an 85/100 for that inconvenience and I explained that in the survey, and I didn’t appreciate the employee giving the wrong information to customers, especially when I live 3 hours away and made SURE I was there in time to get the walk in oil change. So the fact that I bought my car here, have all my service done here, filled out the multiple surveys Ive been asked to do (and was never told it must be 100/100 and to LIE) I was not happy that I didn’t receive the gas fill up when I did in fact fill out the survey and that’s all that was asked of me. This is not the first time I have been left disappointed by this dealership and their associates. So now going forward, I understand I have to lie on surveys to be awarded what was promised, and that’s what I will do. More
