Went in to get my free service. Was told that it might take 1 and a half hrs. No problem. And it did take a few min more than that. Even got a video of things hat I need to check and watch out for. Being a widow on SS. I do not have much money to get things done. The video could have been improved and I did offer a few suggestions. I think the service was done and I will tell my friends that. They should all buy KIA's and I thank you one and All. God Bless. Greenbrier Kia is the best! I called to schedule an oil change. They answered the phone and was able to get me in the very next day. Also gave me multiple options over the cours I called to schedule an oil change. They answered the phone and was able to get me in the very next day. Also gave me multiple options over the course of the next week. When I arrived, everybody was super friendly. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I was so amazed because I have been dealing with the VA Beach Kia for four years and never once have I gotten an oil change and been in and out in 20 minutes. I have to leave my car there all day. Trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare no one ever answers the phone or calls you back. Even though Greenbrier is 15 minutes further I do not mind at all to make the drive. Keep up the good work. ! More

Whenever I would call, the call center failed to direct my call to anyone, once even falsely claiming that they would personally call me back. My vehicle sat at the shop and nobody even looked at it for over a week after I returned it for re-work. Although I had my vehicle serviced there and paid for the service, it was not the shop’s priority for that long when I returned it because the work performed did not fix my initial, paid for request, resulting in me retrieving my vehicle and getting it fixed elsewhere. I am still waiting word about my refund, though I am confident I will have to reach back out to inquire about it. More
I brought my car in for a recall issue. Was told they found no issues and all was good. It was running fine when I dropped it off. Picked it up Monday and it was intermittently lurching. Went to go to the grocery store on Tuesday and it stalled 3 times! I had to turn around and go back home. Called the dealership Wednesday am and the service department representative was unavailable. Asked to speak with the customer service supervisor and they too are unavailable. I will likely have to arrange to have the vehicle towed 65 miles to get this issue addressed. So frustrating! I’m sorry I brought it for the recall repairs. More

Greenbrier only has one electrician. He is over worked and went on vacation for a week and a half. No one could touch the EV6. Virginia Beach worse. They have no electrician.
