Don’t understand why it takes over 2 hours to get an Oil change when you make an appointment. Been there twice now and both over 2 hours. Jay was an awesome salesman, he was professional, friendly, and attentive. Jason, the Manager, made sure the process was smooth and quick. And Jose, the Finance Manager, took great care of me, got me friendly, and attentive. Jason, the Manager, made sure the process was smooth and quick.
