First, I don’t “feel” my experience was less than satisfactory, it was! Second, I arrived at 3:30 and not 4:30, as I’m sure Ray and Adam stated. Last, Steve never told me to expect several hours to remedy this problem. Before Ray even looked at my vehicle, he said it was pointless for me to show up in the middle of a Friday afternoon and expect your Tech Center to resolve my issue. At a minimum, he told me to expect to drop the truck off in the morning and leave it with you all day. In the future, please get your information correct before dismissing my frustration in your response. Steve should have consulted with your service department before telling me to show up in the middle of a Friday afternoon. Last, suggest both Ray and Adam find a different line of work, as their collective dispositions are not commensurate with a Customer Service representative!
