Communication was terrible. I tried calling and left 3 voicemails over a week and never heard anything back. They reached out and set an appointment up and when I came in to drop my vehicle off, I was told I did not have an appointment. In the beginning Ray wasn't the nicest when telling me I didn't have an appointment even though I did and showed him the text providing proof I did have the appointment but he just seems annoyed and his customer service definitely could have been better. During the repair process, he did change quite a bit and was nice and helpful and contacting him was very easy. I think overall the experience was good but being nice to customers is not hard and gives us a better experience. Especially after calling multiple times and leaving voicemails and never getting a call back until I talk with the sales. More

I had a 10 am appointment for a simple inspection and oil change and my car was not ready until 4 pm! The guy that helped me was very unorganized, very poor attitude and quoted me $60 for 2 windshield wipers change and my car was not ready until 4 pm! I reminded him of his quote and he reluctantly changed the bill! My husband also had an appointment earlier in the year for his truck and it took 4 hrs. for his state inspection. When we purchased our vehicles it was through Hall and then they sold out to Southern. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have gone to another dealership! More
