Nancy was great with answering any questions I had and keeping me up to date. The only problem I had was with the warranty company delaying the repair by acquiring a different transmission than the one th keeping me up to date. Second visit to Southern Chevrolet for service and extremely pleased with the work done to my 2023 Silverado. Very courteous service personnel and the work done was excellent.
