Experience was fine and everyone was nice. Car I wanted to see was available and got to do the test drive; deal on the car was fine. Went home that day with my vehicle.....however, keeping it from being a higher star rating is that it just shouldn't take 7 hours to buy a car...I know there is a lot of stuff involved, but I literally got there at 9:15 and didn't leave till 3 and I only test drove 1 vehicle and bought, that vehicle. Also, don't put your hours of service as beginning at 9 if your entire staff is going to be in a morning meeting till 9:45...Tell us you open at 10 and we will show up then. Easy fix. More
