Came in at 5 am for oil change. They won’t give out appointments, it’s first come first served. After waiting 3 hours I saw my car parked in front. Oil change had been completed They won’t give out appointments, it’s first come first served. After waiting 3 hours I saw my car parked in front. Oil change had been completed but no one told me. After waiting an additional 40 minutes I went to office and told Sam I wanted keys as my car was done. Sam was completely overwhelmed and overworked. It wasn’t his fault. Need to have more staff on floor on Saturdays. Need to run courtesy vehicle on Saturdays More

Brought my Jeep in for warranty work. The representative never submitted the request for warranty work and actually lost the paperwork. Had to bring the Jeep back twice to be reevaluated.
