I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at Southern Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT, which was undoubtedly the worst customer service experience of my life. The ordeal began when my Jeep, only ab Southern Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT, which was undoubtedly the worst customer service experience of my life. The ordeal began when my Jeep, only about 6 months old, required a minor part replacement. What should have been a simple fix turned into a two-week nightmare. From the start, I was assured that the issue would be covered under warranty. However, after countless follow-ups, I was suddenly told that the problem was supposedly my fault and that I would need to pay almost $300. This was unexpected and quite frustrating. Communications were abysmal. I had to constantly chase them for updates, sending numerous texts about the status of my vehicle. Despite being told several times that repairs would be completed each day, I never received proactive updates or calls confirming this. It was only after contacting Jeep Cares and involving a case manager, another complicated process, that I finally got some resolution. The staff at the dealership were dismissive and rude throughout, and their lack of transparency was appalling. To add insult to injury, I discovered a new stain on my passenger seat, showing the carelessness with which my vehicle was treated. My relationship with my Jeep has been tainted by this experience to the point where it makes me consider getting rid of it. I strongly advise against anyone using this dealership, whether for Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, or Fiat services. Their service is unbelievably poor, and I hope this review helps others avoid the situation I found myself in. Avoid Southern Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT at all costs. More

Staff was friendly, we enjoyed our salesman Andrey G. , he went above and beyond to make sure we understood all the numbers and everything to expect with our 2025 Ram 1500. The service clerk was great. The technician didn’t reset the oil light in my car. The car was detailed before I dropped it off and had oily hand prints all over it once the servi The technician didn’t reset the oil light in my car. My car was backed out of the service bay upon completion of the oil change and driven off the lot for 5 minutes or longer. Having to walk from one side of the shop (service) to the other side (payments) is a real inconvenience. No system printouts exist for recommended future services instead, you rely on the technicians to inform the customers of pending/future services. No fault of the service manager but things should be more streamlined for a better customer experience. I really don’t appreciate my car being driven off the lot. I was able to see it in the service bay, standing there waiting for 5 minutes or longer for my keys. More
