Been in 3 times to get a door lock fixed (warranty). Finally got it fixed, but the door lock was put in improperly. I purchased a used 2022 gmc sierra. Sean lied about an extra 100,000 warranty. Seems like a tactic that this dealership use often. I have Mopar prepaid oil changes and while the initial service attendant provided a near $0 balance based on this, when picked up I was charged for the price of an oil change because it did not show me ha service attendant provided a near $0 balance based on this, when picked up I was charged for the price of an oil change because it did not show me having any prepaid oil changes left. A few days later I called Mopar and I still have prepaid oil changes, so not sure where the disconnect is. No issues other than this, which is the reason for 3 stars. More
