The Worst Service Department Ever! Never returns phone calls, never gives updates, Has had my Jeep for 2 weeks due to recall and warranty work and has not given an up date, no renta Never returns phone calls, never gives updates, Has had my Jeep for 2 weeks due to recall and warranty work and has not given an up date, no rental car, Jeep Corporate has even stepped in and has been blown off as well. Tim promised a rental, didn't happen. Told us to call Jeep, we called Jeep & Jeep has been trying to get it set up, but Tim won't call them back or take their calls. So..... No Car NO Updates NO Rental More
