I always have to call and figure out what is happening with my car- no one ever reaches out to me with the status of my car. It usually takes several hours for the customer service rep to get back to me a with my car- no one ever reaches out to me with the status of my car. It usually takes several hours for the customer service rep to get back to me after I have left several voice messages. It would be so much easier if I could just speak directly to the mechanic. I left with more issues with my vehicle than when I arrived. In order to fix the new issues, I had to schedule another appointment for 4 weeks later. I have had my vehicle serviced here several times but never have had a satisfying customer experience. I feel very frustrated usually when I leave. It has never been an easy experience there. The mechanic, Mike, who I worked with this past time was excellent and very kind and honest with me. However, once current issues are resolved, we plan to have our vehicle serviced elsewhere. We will soon be on the market for a new family car and we always appreciate a good, long standing relationship with our local dealer. More

My lovely wife's 2024, 2-door Rubicon presented a no-start problem with fewer than 300 miles on the odometer. With no codes, Southern was challenged to identify the cause and returned the Rubicon to no-start problem with fewer than 300 miles on the odometer. With no codes, Southern was challenged to identify the cause and returned the Rubicon to us after six days. Five days later, the no-start problem recurred. Our service advisor and Southern's techs were determined to track down the cause, looking at everything from the key fob to the starter, and all components in-between. Three days later, they located and corrected the problem -- the #2 starter relay exhibited bent, spade pins. You'd think our review would grade Southern's service department at the low end of the spectrum, but the high marks are well-deserved because everyone involved was indefatigable in their efforts and kept us informed throughout the process. They stuck to the job and rose to meet the challenge. Well done, Southern!! More
