A previous issue seems to be corrected and moving forward…my first maintenance experience was good. The service was prompt and fast but the vehicle was returned to me with finger prints with oil resi forward…my first maintenance experience was good. The service was prompt and fast but the vehicle was returned to me with finger prints with oil residue on the hood, the door, the steering wheel, and for some reason on my rear view mirror which was placed on camera mode instead of manual view. The sticker was placed on the windshield but the oil life reset had not been done. It sounds trivial but this vehicle was purchased new and an extended warranty was purchased. You don’t just buy the vehicle but you buy the customer service and care too. A little extra effort would be the difference between good and great. More
