Since I left I've been having random problems with my truck. From finding screws missing in tail light. Battery problems and radio issues. Cant really belive I was told there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. To me saying there is keep it a few more days ....for then you all tell me I need an engine replaced .....that's 2 extremely different th my vehicle. I pulled into the service bay and waited by my truck for a few minutes because there was a woman in the bay taking care of another customer but she went back into her desk behind the glass , no one came ove a few minutes because there was a woman in the bay taking care of another customer but she went back into her desk behind the glass , no one came over to me I walked around the other suv in the bay and there was a guy sitting at a table who told me I was in the wrong place I was supposed to be over in the quick oil and filter lane at the end of the building , I told him I had an appointment but still was told I was to go to the other line. I was there for almost 3 hours for an oil, filter and tire rotation. If this is the norm I guess I shouldn't complain since it was a service included in my purchase plan but 3 hours is a little excessive. More
