Hello. My last trip in to Southern Dodge was for a recall on my vehicle. In short, my father had passed away and 2 weeks later we laid him to rest. On the day of his burial, I was very tired and I recall on my vehicle. In short, my father had passed away and 2 weeks later we laid him to rest. On the day of his burial, I was very tired and I called to ask could I just bring my vehicle in one day early and the dealership could keep it overnight so that I didn't have to get up early and bring it in for the recall repair in the middle of the storm the next morning. There was no problem with that. I was thrilled. Here's the great part... I dropped it off around 1:30pm-2pm and I was called a couple of hours later stating the vehicle was completed. WHAT???? Thank you SO MUCH for making my day. Thank you so much for bringing something happy to the day I had to bury my father.
