I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership with lifetime oil changes and state inspections. I’ve tried to contact and setup service 6-8 times over the phone and though the chat option with NE with lifetime oil changes and state inspections. I chose to go into a different Jeep dealership for support. I tried the drive in quick service and waited 3.5 hours for ONLY an oil change. Poor customer service overall. Wouldn’t recommend the dealership to friends or family. More

I was told you use OEM parts only. I checked the cabin air filter and I believe it's among the cheapest air filters.
