First i would like to say: Please view negative reviews first, you’ll be surprised how RECENT and Frequent they get them..don’t hide behind false reviews. As soon as i would speak she would speak over me. i calmly explained to her that I'm just trying to understand what is covered and what is out of pocket... Her response was, "What im not going to do is call your warranty company and tell them that your bald tire is due to poor suspension...which won't cover your tire.. but i WILL do that if you want to keep asking questions. and get more money added to your Out-of-pocket cost.." that's a THREAT.. If i keep asking questions, she'll lie to the warranty company so i have more tacked to my bill??? excuse me? You're going to hold quality work and money over my head? What choice do i have to make...So i said please do what’s necessary and said have a great day. I understand customer service sucks and you deal with difficult people daily but your customer service... and a manager. The repair shop has tried to fix my car multiple times without success. As of now, there is a bill for nearly $1400 for parts and labor that were done because they made a mistake. I’m being told that it’s my responsibility to pay for the repair that did nothing to fix my car. I’m waiting to hear from corporate regarding “next steps”. To make matters worse, there is ZERO chance of getting someone on the phone rather it be sales or service. They don’t respond to voicemails or texts. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my 45 years of life. At this point I just want my broken car back and my bill wiped clean. More
