This Dealership has completed 2 Recalls for me when the Dealership that I purchased my car kept giving me the run around. If I ever purchase another Chrysler, it will be from this Dealership. Katie did not call me when my vehicle was ready and she left work. I was told I was unable to get my vehicle until your next day and I had to work . After I basically refused to leave and was told there wa left work. I was told I was unable to get my vehicle until your next day and I had to work . After I basically refused to leave and was told there was nothing that could be done, I finally got my car. Once I took it for an oil change and they recommended things that had already been done. I couldn’t trust the technicians at that point. More
I am writing to formally document my dissatisfaction and to request corrective action regarding the recent service of my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at your dealership, which spanned from 29 March to 12 May to request corrective action regarding the recent service of my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at your dealership, which spanned from 29 March to 12 May 2025. I am an active-duty Navy officer and brought my vehicle in for multiple known issues—including engine fan failure, electrical inconsistencies, TPMS sensor alerts, fog light malfunctions, and rear wiper inoperability—with the expectation that your certified service department would address both symptoms and underlying causes. What I experienced instead was a pattern of excessive delay, poor communication, unauthorized part replacements, and failure to resolve core issues—despite being charged in excess of $6,000. ⸻ Summary of Issues and Actions Taken • Cooling Fan Failure (Recurring Issue): Despite my explicit request for a full diagnostic of the cooling fan control system—including testing of the TIPM, relays, and wiring—you replaced the fan motor and resistor wiring without documenting root cause analysis. This is the fourth fan failure in five years, and I am left without assurance that the issue will not recur. • Rear Wiper Inoperable: You replaced the instrument cluster at a cost of $1,307.98, only to later discover a broken wire in the rear harness as the actual issue. I was charged for both a misdiagnosis and the correct repair, with no indication the cluster was ever faulty. • TPMS Sensor Alert (Front Left): All four sensors were reportedly replaced and reprogrammed, yet the front left tire still reports a fault. I was charged $994.99 for a repair that remains unresolved. • Fog Light Malfunction: You replaced the multi-function switch and both fog light bulbs. If the switch was the failure point, it is unclear why new bulbs were necessary. There was no root-cause explanation provided. • Blinker Malfunction in Cold Weather: This issue was dismissed as “normal” behavior due to aftermarket LED turn signals. No mitigation was proposed, despite this being a known issue resolvable with proper load balancing or CAN-safe components. • Serpentine Belt Replacement: I do not recall authorizing the replacement of the serpentine belt, nor was it part of my original complaint. I was charged $243.00 for a service I did not request. • Communication and Professionalism: Throughout this process, I was denied direct communication with the technician. Despite being the registered owner and paying customer, all updates and decisions were relayed through my spouse. This is both unprofessional and unacceptable. More
The encounter was quick and painless. The only thing that I would change is that the parts provider would have cut the hideaway key at the time of sale. The only thing that I would change is that the parts provider would have cut the hideaway key at the time of sale. More
