Please read your service invoices completely because they write anything. Had my 2018 Transit Van 150 in for service. Replace valve cover, gasket kit and coil pack and spark plug in number four. Reas write anything. Had my 2018 Transit Van 150 in for service. Replace valve cover, gasket kit and coil pack and spark plug in number four. Reason was o-ring bad on number four leaking oil in on plug and coil pack. Had to special order because not a stock item. I paid for and picked up at dealership and gave to them when dropped off van day of service. Was called next day was ready. Read receipt stated had tune up and replaced all six plugs. Nothing about valve cover gasket kit coil or plug. Price $267 labor. Tell service manger about false invoice acted like I was bothering him and went to truck department. Long story short he changed wording to include parts I bought and still had it saying replaced all plug's. Also price for labor went up to $367. I just paid to get the heck out of there. Showed service manger after paying still said they replaced all 6 spark plugs. Now mine you I have already paid he goes into computer invoice and changed it again and took out about plugs. More

We went to purchase a 2023 Ford Lightning- we were promised by Dakota, the “EV Expert” that this would meet the needs of my partner’s commute. It didn’t and it had other issuues- Lojack wasn’t install promised by Dakota, the “EV Expert” that this would meet the needs of my partner’s commute. It didn’t and it had other issuues- Lojack wasn’t installed properly and wouldn’t activate, batteries wouldn’t charge correctly-we went to ask about a swap or return in the 3rd day. They said they wouldn’t take the car back. We then spoke with Manny the Sales Manager, who was as uncooperative as Dakota. We asked about swapping for a vehicle at another Southern automotive lot and were told no because it wasn’t a new purchase- we just purchased this vehicle 2 days ago!! Hard to believe they would do this to a disabled veteran. Buyers beware- stay away from this dealership. More
