I made an appointment to have a bunch of work done on my vehicle. They kept my vehicle all day and waited until almost 6 PM to tell me that they were only able to get ONE of the things I requested finished vehicle. They kept my vehicle all day and waited until almost 6 PM to tell me that they were only able to get ONE of the things I requested finished because they were "busy." What's the point of making an appointment? They rotated my tires and made me pay for it when I told the service department that I did not want to do anything with the tires. They also waited until the end of the day to tell me that it would be an additional $700 to install a bed cover that I already paid $1200 for (would have been nice to know that way in advance). I took precious time off of work for NOTHING to be accomplished except an oil change which I could have done myself for way cheaper. More

Dropped off my truck for an entire dsy for an oil change appointment. When I picked up the truck the oil change had not been completed and I was not contacted by Southern Ford to explain that. Robert was ve appointment. When I picked up the truck the oil change had not been completed and I was not contacted by Southern Ford to explain that. Robert was very apologetic and offered to do a free oil change when I brought it back, but there was nothing he could do to change the oil that day. More
