It was good overall. Our guy Jonathan was on the phone so it would have been nice if someone would have acknowledged us standing there while we waited. Instead I asked the lady about our appointment and she looked at him and they decided he would take us after the call. My suggestion is that whomever is NOT on the phone 1. Make eye contact and 2. Check us in. The other 2 or 3 reps seemed not as busy. That is my only suggestion. I'm not sure why it matters which rep is assigned anyway. More
