I made an appointment for an oil change. I gave an approximate time when I could be there. When I arrived the service representative took my information and said they would get right to me. Edwin was more than helpful to me and I wish I had brought my decals to my appt and let him put them on my plates because then I might not have fallen out of the stool as I was trying and I have had 2 brought my decals to my appt and let him put them on my plates because then I might not have fallen out of the stool as I was trying and I have had 2 back to back surgeries.
