I missed a meeting for work and it was incredibly inconvenient. I understand things happen but that put a bad taste in my mouth. Prices for filters were absolutely insane, and I’ve already had to pay thousands for packages on the vehicle I didn’t even want but couldn’t refuse, so thank goodness they were included. Overpriced, but the staff is kind and easy to work with when scheduling. More

This is only my second service visit since the dealership change from Hall Lincoln (Ford). It was a longer than expected wait. I have not yet had a chance to reload my app and check communication with Lincoln Way. More

They do not prioritize appointment times even if you have a 7:30 appt this means they just hold your car hostage all day if not more days.
