Arrived before my appointment time, had to wait a bit for someone help me. Arranged to have car serviced per appointment made. They kept the car 6 hrs and did not let me know if it was finished or not I call someone help me. Arranged to have car serviced per appointment made. I finally called sales and someone went back to find out what was going on. Finally I was told that my car had been finished, and could come get it. Said I wasn't able to reach them because the guy was on the phone. Giving the impression that he was the only one allowed to speak to people. I don't feel that they are respectful of my time. Just because I leave my car because I don't want to wait, doesn't mean you should ignore my appointment and take all day to do so little. There were at least 3 people in total at the desks, looks like someone could answer a phone and communicate with a customer. I didn't go back to the dealership I bought my car from due to poor service, I was hoping for better here. More
