Can never get the right person on the phone. ..VERY hard to communicate with staff and get info! What began as another very unpleasant and stressful experience with the service dept, turned into ..VERY hard to communicate with staff and get info! What began as another very unpleasant and stressful experience with the service dept, turned into a very good thing... all credit goes to Edwin Warren! He went out of his way to turn my situation around- he focused on my issue throughout the day until resolution and seemed genuinely empathetic. Southern Ford has a lot of fine tuning to do on their processes in Service Dept as it concerns the customer experience! I so appreciated Edwin being my service advisor! More
