I brought my 2016 Sonata Hybrid in for a state inspection. I have no issues with the inspection. I brought my car in earlier than my appointment and it was completed in about an hour. I have a c inspection. I have no issues with the inspection. I brought my car in earlier than my appointment and it was completed in about an hour. I have a concern, however. I had a very busy morning on Monday. A dentist appointment, followed by a funeral, and then my car inspection. I took 2 of my favorite lipstick shades with me. I did not apply them until after my dentist appointment. I placed the lipsticks in one of the cups in the console. When I arrived at Hall, I decided to leave them in the cup since I didn't have space for them in my purse. When I came to pick up my car, the lipsticks were not in the cup where I left them. I searched the car, but did not find them. I searched other possible locations at home, but did not find them. I believe my lipsticks, one a tube of Lancome lipstick, the other a tube of Avon lipstick, were removed from my car while at Hall. I have trusted Hall to give my car great service and keep items that may be left in my car safe. Though the value of the two tubes is about $40.00, and even if the lipsticks were located, I wouldn't want them back. The thought of someone taking something as personal as my lipsticks is disturbing. This incident is causing me to rethink continuing to use Hall for my service. More

Amazing Experience When my family decided we needed to have a second vehicle it was late on a holiday weekend. We were not sure what we were looking for and time was run When my family decided we needed to have a second vehicle it was late on a holiday weekend. We were not sure what we were looking for and time was running out. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted promptly by our sales consultant Terry, and felt right at home. We were allowed to browse and we were never rushed. All of our questions were answered and, despite it being late we were never rushed. Once we found a car we loved, we gave Terry an aggressive offer. I thought we would not be taken seriously and hurried out the door. I was pleasantly surprised when the sales manager (Joel) decided he would work with us and not against us. During the whole negotiation process, we were never rushed or pressured into anything. After we agreed on a number, we were taken care of by the finance director (Taylor), who was also amazing. Taylor explained all of our options and helped us find the best loan for our purchase. Taylor even called days later to let us know we qualified for an even lower APR. I have purchased many cars in the past, and this never happens at other dealers. Overall it was an absolute pleasure working with everyone at this dealership and would recommend Hall Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used car! More

I’m a shopper Today was my first day browsing for my next new car. On my way home, I decided to stop by the dealership to glance at some vehicles I seen online. I hesitated because I knew for sure I didn’t want to speak to a salesman at all today but somehow I did. This particular gentleman, Amir Wallace had his very own unique way on starting a convo to get me to stay a little longer. and little do you know it worked. I was not at all interested in getting any information on anything just wanted to look but to sum it all up he helped me make a great choice on my car selection.
