They had visited Hall Hyundai earlier in the day and notified me that they had found the car they wanted,(2010 Elantra). We all went back to Hall Hyundai that evening. I was immediately greeted by John and Jerry. They were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. John took us through every aspect of the vehicle. He also made my extremely nervous daughter feel comfortable during her first test drive. Although my daughter's priorities were with the color and sound system, I was more focused on the safety aspects and bottom-line. He took me through all the possible additional options and although I did not purchasing any, I felt no pressure to do so or change my mind. My experience with Hall Hyundai was outstanding. The other sales personnel we encountered were also professional and "non-threatening". We purchased the 2011 Sonata and are extremely pleased with our decision. Value for your dollar, safety, options, and gas mileage couldn't be beat. On top of that, the vehicle looks great as well. The pricing and loan rates were handled by Jerry, and not a painstaking process at most dealerships.
