There was no communication at all and I had to go to the store after multiple attempts of not being able to reach them and I had to reach out to corporate. The staff was courteous and the service was efficient. My only suggestion is to make it clear if you're supposed to wait with your car when you arrive for the appointment or turn off the car and come in.
