WOW! We had an awesome day at Southern Hyundai in Newport News. Went to the dealership and had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. Our salesman was Michael Smith, he was respectful, wasn't pushy and listened to our needs-what else could anyone ask for?! We also talked to the Sales Manager, Carter Hartley. Very pleasant man who also listen to our needs and I believe within about 2 hours we all narrowed it down to a new 2025 Tucson, with a price that fit our budget. This is the 3rd Hyundai that we have purchased here, and there is a reason that we have done so. This dealership listens to its customers, are eager to help you find what you are looking for, friendly, and make the buying experience non-stressful and a complete deal within a matter of a couple of hours.
