Dealership was average, there was too much waiting around to close the deal. Finance department was way too pushy on adding extras, and the whole process is a PIA! We were there for 3 hours, asked to return after 6 for pick up and closing. We asked that everything be ready for signing. We were there at 6, however documentation wasn't ready, vehicle wasn't available for pickup because it had a dead battery. I signed the contract which was computerized, asked for a copy and was told I'd get it the next day when I picked up the vehicle. When I finally picked up the vehicle, I saw the hard copy of the contract and realized I'd been overcharged by over $500. It took me over 2 months to get that back after numerous calls to the dealership. It would seem to me that having spent over $50,000 on that vehicle, that the process would have been much less stressful. More
For an under staffed dealer they did a good job. There was a question about weather my 3500 had grease fittings or not so I showed/told them where they were. Took in for a safety recall. Said it could take 24 hours. I call at hour 24 with 0 updates and no one can give me info on my car. Hour 30 I finally received an update saying they Said it could take 24 hours. I call at hour 24 with 0 updates and no one can give me info on my car. Hour 30 I finally received an update saying they need to keep it another 96 hours. Ridiculous. More
Much improvement is needed for service advisors, service scheduling system, and teaching all employees to be mindful of their language and conversations in hearing distance of customers. Gave two stars because my car did get its oil changed. As you know, a small percentage of customers will let you know their true experience. Two customers I spoke with while waiting couldn’t believe how long they had to wait to get their car serviced and all had appointments. Time is valuable to all of us, so if you don’t have the staff to handle the load, work on that issue before scheduling appointments. More
