had to come back for a second trip. First appt they only completed half of the asked for services and then forgot about me for over an hour. Initial paperwork said recall & oil change and they only did the recall- leading me to have to return a few days later and wait another 2-3 hours for the oil change to be completed. More

They always do a good job with my car. Only issue is i never get a call when my car is ready for pick up. 2 years in a row. When i call, noone ever picks up.
