This is probably the worst dealership experience I have ever had, their service department sucks. I bought a brand new car at the end of last year and within a month my trim pieces started falling off, the ever had, their service department sucks. I bought a brand new car at the end of last year and within a month my trim pieces started falling off, the parts have been ordered multiple times with no attempt for them to fix this issue for me or even to call and let me know the parts finally arrived after 3 attempts. I showed up for my appointment a few months ago to get my oil change and to finally get the trim pieces put on which we were told they had them there and we waited for a few hours to then have to track someone down to get a status update and turns out they didn’t even have the parts there at all. This is not even covering how many times I had to show up after I first bought the car to get the plate situation solved. This is really not the Kia dealership you should choose to go to for any service or even the buying of a car More

On 8/12/24 i was at the service department to just get printed paperwork because your system was down due to haking. Very disappointed with the service department - you are short handed need more peopl printed paperwork because your system was down due to haking. I dropped my car off at 0700 am for a check engine light. I waited until 1600 to call an inquire about the status of my vehicle. I could not get through, so I came down to the dealership (1700) only to find I waited until 1600 to call an inquire about the status of my vehicle. I could not get through, so I came down to the dealership (1700) only to find out that not only had my vehicle been there all day it had NOT been looked at AT ALL. So it sat ALL day. If I had been called an informed that they didn't have the staff to do the work I would've picked my car up way earlier in the day. Also come to find out I was not the only customer this had happened to that particular day another gentleman was going on a road trip and his car sat ALL day. The man at the desk looked very frustrated and he was trying to help the small crowd that was there as best as he could. There was also an older lady 70-80's that was just wanting to pay and leave. Everytime she went to the window the person there would walk away. I felt bad for her, she just wanted to go home. Another man had been waiting 2-3 hours for a rental? It just seemed like an overall cluster. I have NEVER been and this type of unorganized chaos was going on. Something is going on at this place and it's not good. I am just going to get another car (Toyota or Honda) and hopefully they don't have the same issues with service. It's really sad. More
