When you call, you enter an endless loop that eventually allows you to leave a voicemail, which is never returned, or it simply disconnect you. Breannah in customer service actually told us that calling was useless. They never respond to emails or chat messages through social media. They tell you to text a certain number and then do not respond to text messages either. On the rare occasions that I did speak to someone, the information was contradictory or incorrect. Like the fact that I could not submit oil change receipts done by our neighbor. My car was initially brought in for engine knocking. The dealership charged me $913 to replace a charcoal canister that did not fix the problem. When I picked my car up, it made the exact same sound. But nobody answered the phone or called me back after three days. I finally got a return phone call After leaving a Google review and my car was towed back to the dealership on February 27. . My car was then at this dealership for 150 days. I have pages and pages of documentation and phone logs. They simply do not care. After my car was there for 2 1/2 months and I could get no information about it, I filed a complaint with the Virginia state attorney general. In their response to that complaint, the dealership provided inaccurate dates of service. I have the towing record and text messages that show the exact date my car was brought in for service. In addition, the dealership accused me of writing my own receipts for oil changes. This is an absolute lie. I have a text message from the Breannah at Kia telling me I was not allowed to submit the receipts if the oil change was not completed at a car service facility. When the owner, Jeff Owens told me I could actually submit them, I emailed them immediately. Stating that I falsified those records and created them myself when I had already explained that my neighbor change the oil as a courtesy for us is simply not true. I have the documentation for that as well. But the real problem here is the customer service. I wish I had checked Google and read the extremely poor reviews prior to having my car serviced here. Their blatant disregard for their customers should put them out of business. I will never purchase another Kia, and up until this incident we owned three Kia vehicles. We are now in the process of trading them all in for different cars. The dealership’s lack of compassion, caring, and basic customer service not only lost you a lifelong customer, but anytime I hear of someone looking for a new car. I warn them against purchasing a Kia. More

Absolutely awful service. Purchased 5 vehicles there and was great until about 2022. Purchased a vehicle over 2 years ago with the promise of a hitch- still don't have it on. Spent a week trying to contact someone to start repairs, left more than a dozen messages with no return until I finally threatened to take matters higher. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever again. More
I had my car scheduled for service at 7am, was unable to reach anyone to see if my car was being serviced. Was told my airbag would be fixed as there is a recall and then was told by the associate helping her she didn’t need to come in all mad and with an attitude. She then left and I still heard no update about my vehicle even with numerous calls to the dealership and no calls back. My husband later then went to get the status of my car and it took 15 minutes to collect the information on my car and was told the only service done on my car was the oil change and that the airbag was in back order for an undetermined amount of time. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I was potentially going to buy a new Buick in a few years but with Southern Buick being the only dealers in this area most likely going to stick with Honda. More

I went for a 8000 maintenance/service. Which meant oil change, levels checks, tire rotation. I was there for 2 hrs or so, which I understand. I was charged for a tire rotation that didn’t happen. They were gonna let me leave, knowing it wasn’t done, I had paid for it. until I pointed it out that the tires were not rotated. I got my tires rotated. I was told they were going to give me a credit. Long story short how many others get scammed . More
Bought new truck. Part of deal was dealer to install blackout kit and window visors. Never heard back. Called a month later and sales person not available. He is the only one that seem to care about customer. Brought vehicle in with assistance of Parts manager to get blackout kit and wind visors installed. Had appointment for 9 o’clock. Showed up 830. At 11 o’clock car still outside. Technician didn’t show up. This was over a month ago. I have called numerous times trying to reschedule and can only leave voicemails. No response from dealer. it appears all they want to do is sell cars and figure the volume will outweigh any negative. Customer complaints. More
