If I could give zero stars I would. Staff walks out of job and fails to notify customers of work not being able to be conducted. I have never seen a wheel alignment take 3 visits to correct an offset steering wheel. Also, this survey system is not use friendly. More

The staff was pretty good for the most part; the problem is the dealership lot is extremely congested with cars on top of one another. It is difficult to navigate worrying about hitting cars going through t is the dealership lot is extremely congested with cars on top of one another.
