I’m confused how a dealership/shop can sell you on maintenance but not agree when an oil change is necessary. No matter how great or poor a service department is waiting 3 hours for an oil change is crazy. When we voice our frustration we end up speaking with 2 or more people and nothing ever seems to satisfy the issue. As a customer who invested their money and continued time I expect better. Having to buy a $18 touch paint for a flaw or chip in the paint is just insult. Robin was extremely helpful and honest. I hope for better service in the future but have low expectations. More

Service Department performed an unnecessary tire rotation at 6000 miles during our oil change service. It was not indicated that tire rotation service was billable.
