I took my 2012 Subaru Impreza into the service center today at SO Subaru for a replacement of my valve body, I was expecting a long drawn out expensive process to get my car fixed, but to my surprise the today at SO Subaru for a replacement of my valve body, I was expecting a long drawn out expensive process to get my car fixed, but to my surprise they called me only after about 4 hours from when I dropped it off and told me I could come by whenever to pick up my fixed car!! and informed me that I had a warranty on my transmission that I didn’t even know about and because of that I walked out with a new car and didn’t have to pay a dime! my service advisor Stephen Abrams went above and beyond to make sure I got the best experience possible in a not so fun time If you need your Subaru fixed I would recommend SO Subaru and to ask for Stephan Abrams he is very good at his job and pleasant to do business with.
