She was willing to help because I was a widow and they had my only transportation, but had nothing to provide me to drive while they had care of me. Dropped off. . Got a call next morning to discuss work... Received call work was done... Went to pick up and had to wait for rep and then had to wait for the car.. . They did an oil change but forgot to reset the information on the system so now it says I'm past due for a service. Front desk guy and shuttle guy was nice and helpful but the service there is not great by a long shot. Does my car need that part, I don't know, maybe it's ok but I'd like to know, that you know, if you know what I mean. Sorry to be a downer, just frustrated. More
