I was greeted pleasantly and was assured I would be out in just over two hours (I had an appointment). However at the end of the time, my car was not ready. Turns out the system deleted my service ticket a in just over two hours (I had an appointment). However at the end of the time, my car was not ready. Turns out the system deleted my service ticket and no one noticed my car sitting in line or that I was still in the waiting room. Once I asked, the gentleman got the foreman to work on my car immediately. He was very apologetic. However I still spent three hours in the waiting room, and I even had an early morning appointment.
