Sam was a good customer service rep and communicated quickly after car evaluation. I do take issue with the dealership practice of charging $200 for diagnostic fee on top of the actual repair cost. We were traveling and our Tucson broke down. Once towed from one hour away to Southern, Danielle took charge and helped us get checked in and referred us to a rental place close by. She also kept in contact with us as to what was happening with our car. She even may sure that we would have it checked within 1,000 miles. She put our minds at ease. The mechanics did a great job and it was done in a timely manner. Thanks again!!! More

Set up an appointment a week in advance only to sit there for an hour the day of just to be told they didn't have the parts. Didn't apologize for wasting my time and having to take off work.
