My vehicle failed inspection, not a problem, nothing i can't get fixed, the windshield wipers blades. There was another guest at the counter and a guest in the waiting area who knew I was going to check o can't get fixed, the windshield wipers blades. There was another guest at the counter and a guest in the waiting area who knew I was going to check on my car. Jennifer announces, over the intercom to 'go ahead with failing the inspection'! I have never been so humiliated!!!! I commented in front in front of other guest,'yes, go ahead with failing the inspection due to the windshield wiper blades'! The guest looked up and smiled as if she was no longer embarrassed for me! There must be a better way to communicate with the technicians, or another phrase to use other than the one that made it seemed as if I drove in a piece if junk. If it was a piece of junk, I brought it 'new'from YOUR dealership, so what does that tell you??? More

I absolutely hate being hassled, repeatedly, over and over again, to provide feedback. For as long as you continue to send me requests for feedback...
