Over all I was disappointed in my service. I purchased a used 2022 santa cruz (new to me) and purchased the extended warranty. I brought my vehicle in for its regular service and for my tail I purchased a used 2022 santa cruz (new to me) and purchased the extended warranty. I brought my vehicle in for its regular service and for my tail lights fogging up. I even showed photos of them fogged up. I was told that unless they had droplet of water in them at the time service they would not fix them. Mysteriously their car wash was down that day and they didn't both the spray the vehicle to check for leakage. How it exceptable to have any amount of moisturizer inside your tail light? It will end up corroading the lights. Unacceptable.... when I asked for a print out of what is covered under my extended warranty, I was directed to a sign on the wall. More

Overall, until my last visit, I would rate this place with 5 stars. However, my last visit was very frustrating. I brought my vehicle in for brake replacement because they had told me at my last visit with 5 stars. However, my last visit was very frustrating. I brought my vehicle in for brake replacement because they had told me at my last visit that it was necessary. After waiting for 2 hours and 10 minutes, someone told me my car was ready. I asked how much and they said that there was no charge because no work had been done; they said the person who had previously assessed the car was an intern and was mistaken about me needing brake work. With the drive back and forth to the other side of town, I wasted well over 3 hours of my day off...very frustrating :( More
