Southern team only worry about making money! Not the customers benefit. The service agent Danielle was a amazing! In the Nissan department very personable versus trying to make a buck. Southern Nissan only worry about what you select as a service. Knowing when a vehicle is put on the machine their are other diagnostics that may pop up on the service report. They don’t tell you that! But check brakes, lighting and miscellaneous things to have you spend thousands. Would not recommend this place to anyone! More

My interaction was with Mark, and, as in the past, he was professionally business-like. I appreciate that. There was not a record of the appointment that I had made for service the week prior, and Mark mad professionally business-like. I appreciate that. There was not a record of the appointment that I had made for service the week prior, and Mark made sure that it would happen as I had driven 168 miles for the service. He was spot on in his assessment of the time that would be required to perform the service (125K recommended maintenance items plus replacement of two worn-out wheel bearings). The Courtesy Van driver got me to my doctor appointment on time and returned me to the Service Department to find my Subaru ready for departure - AND, it had been washed! I thank you for the very positive service experience. More
